Shanxi Fenxi Heavy Industry Co., Ltd., subordinating to the China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation (CSIC), has been one of the 156 key projects during the period of the First Five-Year-Plan.

Through 50 years' enterprising effort, by the enterprise merger, regroup, combination and other modes, our company has been a group company and has three subsidiary companies. In 2002, our company merged the Taiyuan Crane Resistor Plant and started the capital running. In 2003, our company made investment and establishment to control the majority of shares to be a professional and modern generator company with the Wuxi Government. And then in 2006, on the group advantageous of CSIC, our company as a holding company with the Wuxi Electrical Instrument Assets Management Co., Ltd., CSIC Science & Technology Investment & Development Co., Ltd., and No. 711, 712, 704 Research Centers of CSIC established the professional stated-owned joint-stock generator enterprise CSIC Electrical Machinery Science & Technology Co., Ltd. In Feb., 2007, on the development stratagem "based on the military industry product, flourish on the civilian industry products", our company established Shanxi Fenxi Electromechanical Co., Ltd. Our main products include mining electrical equipment, injection molding machines, prepaid water meters and watt-hour meters, high-voltage and low-voltage distribution units. In 2008, Company with Haerbin Unipower Thermal Technology Co., Ltd. and Hisky Mechanical & Electric Equipment (Hongkong) Co., Limited established Shanxi Fenxi Thermal Engineering Co., Ltd. The main product is marine cooler.

Our company has introduced the manufacture technology of brushless constant voltage, synchronous marine and land alternator from German Siemens AG by trade license and can produce 1FC2/1FC3/1FC4/1FC5/1FC6/1FR6 series alternators. With strong technology and great industrial scale, our company has been the leader in terms of medium and small sized alternator and our products are widely sold overseas. For excellent quality, the other products including marine and land diesel generator sets, air separation equipment, marine cooler, oil used frequency conversion motor, mining electrical equipment and mining flameproof type dynamic reactive-load compensation equipment, injection molding machines, electric meters, high-voltage and low-voltage distribution equipment, and MW wind generators, have been widely used in ship, coal mine, oil, railway, electric power and industrial plan and got a good reputation. Our company has attained ISO9001 quality system certification in 1997 and then completed the updating edition (idt ISO9000-2000 standard) quality system authentication by the China Xinshidai Quality System Certification Body in Aug., 2003. In Sep., 2004, our company passed ISO9000-2000 standard Quality System authentication of China Quality Certificate Center for Quality Mark.
